INFINITY MINING COMMENCES AMBIENT NOISE TOMOGRAPHY (ANT) WITH FLEET SPACE
Infinity Mining is proposing to use a Passive Seismic Tomography from Fleet Space to map out in 3D the extent of the pegmatites, the controlling structures and host units below the surface. The aim is to map the pegmatites dykes at depth and identify areas where the pegmatites have formed large structurally controlled Li-REE deposits. Current 3D imaging techniques, like EM and IP.
ExoSphere by Fleet application is simple; the geophones are installed in the field and then collected at the end of the survey. During the survey they transmit, via satellite, real time seismic data back to the office where a 3D model is built over the period of the survey which is normally a month.
