We recently had Trevor and Declan out scanning and gauging our Bradken Eclipse® cast lips, the most streamlined cast lip on the market. The lip had just completed its first campaign of work and we were keen to see whether there had been any significant wear or peening on the intricate fit surfaces on the adapter nose stations. Results indicated that the fits were satisfactory and the bucket could return to work at the next changeout. Our aftersales service provides our customers with the local support and insights needed to optimise asset life and reduce down time, thereby increasing performance and equipment availability, and maximising our customer’s Total Cost of Ownership.
